Tracey is an experienced attorney who is dedicated to providing personalized service to her clients. She takes the time to speak with you personally to ensure that you get the successful outcome you deserve.

Tracey K. Annen

Tracey graduated from Augustana College in 1992. In 1995, she graduated from DePaul University, College of Law and began her career soon after.

For the first 17 years of her career, she prosecuted for the Cook County States Attorney's Office.  As a prosecutor, she successfully litigated bench trials and jury trials.  Tracey also successfully argued cases before the Illinois Appellate Court and the Illinois Supreme Court.

After leaving the Cook County States Attorney's Office,  Tracey opened her own law practice in Crystal Lake, Illinois.  She has proudly expanded her practice to include real estate, estate planning, and many areas of criminal law including DUI, traffic, and misdemeanors.

As a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Tracey always makes sure to stay up to date with the current laws governing Illinois, which in return helps her represent and protect her clients in the best way possible.

Lastly, Tracey currently serves as the Board of Director for the Pioneer Center in McHenry county. Tracey finds mental health to be important and helping others in this field serves as a rewarding job for her.
